At the entrance to the town of Bobbio, the most beautiful village in Italy 2019, you will find this lovely apartment in a newly built condominium, away from the chaos. A ten-minute walk and you will be in Piazza del Duomo, Piazza San Colombano, the Cathedral, Malaspina Castle, Ponte Gobbo and the banks of the magnificent Trebbia River, to enjoy a wonderful stay in this magical place. Also convenient for bikers and trekking. In the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets, bars, a sports center, and food and wine.

Upon arrival, after driving along a mountain road, you will find yourself surrounded by nature. Please note that in the last kilometer, the roadway narrows twice due to work in progress. The house has 3 bedrooms: a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is on the ground floor next to the games room with: billiards, ping pong, darts. In the private garden, you will find the hot tub with whirlpool (extra service by reservation), the BBQ, and everything for relaxation.
