A ten-minute walk and you will be in Piazza del Duomo, Piazza San Colombano, the Cathedral, Malaspina Castle, Ponte Gobbo and the banks of the magnificent Trebbia River, to enjoy a wonderful stay in this magical place. Also convenient for bikers and trekking. In the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets, bars, a sports center, and food and wine.

Upon arrival, after driving along a mountain road, you will find yourself surrounded by nature. Please note that in the last kilometer, the roadway narrows twice due to work in progress. The house has 3 bedrooms: a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is on the ground floor next to the games room with: billiards, ping pong, darts. In the private garden, you will find the hot tub with whirlpool (extra service by reservation), the BBQ, and everything for relaxation.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
