Relax with a glass or two on the stone paved terrace at the back of the cottage, the best place for a sundowner.

Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Self-contained annex in Sittingbourne, perfect if you are visiting the area for work or leisure. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in our cherry Blossom hut. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Watch the stars from the comfortable, cozy king bed. The hut is situated in a quiet and secluded orchard location making it ideal to get away from busy lifestyles and relax. The view from the hut will be different depending on each season of the year when you stay. Beautiful country side walks, farm shop and a pub near by plus more (see my online guidebook).

Wentworth flat is located on the ground floor of a 3 storey block of flats on a residential estate, one mile west of the town centre. The property offers one double bedroom with king size bed, one single bedroom, large lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen and shower/wc. Large private car park to the rear of the block and Superfast Wi-Fi. We are happy to accept well behaved pets at this property for a fee of £5 per pet per night. Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring a pet.
