We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Just a one-min walk to the beach and a short stroll or bike ride to the village square where you can enjoy local shops and restaurants. Cozy up and enjoy family time with some arcade games & vinyl, BBQ on the patio, relax in the plug and play hot tub, watch the kids play on the playset or light the campfire and enjoy the starry nights.

A cozy cottage near the beach and downtown Bayfield. A hop, skip, and a jump and you'll find yourself walking down the Glass st. beach entrance. A 5 minute walk the other way and you're in beautiful downtown Bayfield, where there are shops, parks, and an amazing variety of restaurants to choose from. *Note: there is a suite in the back where I am often in and out of throughout the year- I’ll be using it and the backyard. Then a 5 minute drive to Main Street with cool restaurants, boutique shops, and access to the boardwalk and public beach. If you just want to stay in, the cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ and entertainment area. This cottage can accommodate up to a max of 10 adults and 4 children.

Our beautiful yellow cottage has trees on four sides for added privacy, parking for two cars. Fire pit in the yard for evening campfires. The cottage itself has a cathedral ceiling and a nice open concept space for your enjoyment. There is a bedroom and a loft each with a queen bed. It's a short walk to the edge of the bluff, all roads in our community are paved and great for walking and cycling. Come, stay, relax and enjoy!
