The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit WC/Dusche sowie eine grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf See und Berge. Das Haus ist mit dem Auto und dem öffentlichen Verkehr gut erreichbar.

"Casa del campo" a Semione - 250 mq con sauna

Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.

Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.
