It is located at the exit of a village, surrounded by nature and in a quiet area, with a store nearby and the Étang de Puits (a water recreation area a few kilometers away). The Véloroute (bike path) is 50 m away. An ideal location for visiting the châteaux of the Loire Valley and for other family activities.
