Humbug barn is nestled in a tranquil valley in the Forest of Dean and offers modern luxury accommodation for up to 6 guests. Boasting beautiful forest views we are in easy reach of all that the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley have to offer, hiking, biking, kayaking, zip lining , castles and much more - however if all that sounds too exhausting take one of the many scenic walks from your front door or relax in the hot tub and unwind. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a peaceful hillside location set in a half-acre garden at the Old Cottage. The log style cabin enjoys panoramic views of the woods and garden.

Amazing views, Relaxing - Forest of Dean

The Lodge is located in the Forest of Dean, in our own grounds separate from the main house. The Lodge also offers respite breaks to unpaid carers. We value their commitment and dedication. The Hosts have not received any money from central government for this project. Instead they rely on the generosity of individuals such as yourself who are paying guests. When you stay, a percentage of money paid subsidises future carers staying to experience a well deserved peaceful retreat.

In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. Candles in the evening and a beast of a woodburner makes this an incredibly relaxing place to be. Something a little bit different.

Dene Rise Farm is a large detached property with panoramic views set in 12 acres of land with a tennis court and a hot tub. Only 5 mins to the Forest of Dean sights and activities. With so much space it is a great place to meet up with friends and family. You are free to pick and eat the plums, apples and pears from the trees when in season. The maximum number of adults is 9. I allow flexible check in and out times if no booking either side.
