It has a cozy couch corner with a high-quality box spring sofa bed, an open kitchen with an island, a luxurious bathroom and a sleeping area with a box spring bed. An outdoor parking space is included.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Zentrale, sonnige Ferienwohnung in Sonthofen direkt neben dem Allgäu Outlet, Nähe Oberstdorf mit Blick auf die Sonthofener Burg, Bergwelt sowie auf die Ski Weltcup-Abfahrt in Ofterschwang. Fußläufig erreichbar ist das Wonnemar Erlebnisbad. In nächster Nähe befindet sich ein Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufszentren. In der Nähe liegt Deutschlands höchstes Skigebiet Fellhorn mit Anschluss zur Kanzelwand (Österreich). Berg- und Wandertouren mit rustikalen Alpen in der Nähe. Handtücher inklusive.

Place to stay with a midday view

Hier bist du genau richtig, um deinen Urlaub zu genießen. Die Möglichkeiten deine Freizeit zu verbringen oder einfach nur Urlaub machen. Dinge wie E-Bike, Skifahren oder doch lieber Wandern und die Natur genießen. Die Möglichkeiten sind grenzenlos hier in dem wunderschönen Allgäu. Weiterer wichtiger Hinweise. Die Gemeinde Blaichach erhebt einen Kurbeitrag von 3,20 € pro Person/Nacht. Dieser wird gesondert von mir an die Gemeinde abgeführt und muss daher vor Ort in bar beglichen werden.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
