Large single room in quiet house with exclusive use of bathroom with bath and shower (not ensuite). Local buses (10/27/45) that take you in to the city centre (15-20 minutes). You are also able to walk along the Union Canal to the city centre (30-45 minute walk). Private parking available. Access to the room is between 4pm and 10am - rooms must be vacant between 10am and 4pm daily irrelevant of length of stay There are small dogs in the house but they have no access to upstairs rooms

Quiet corner in the Grange

The house, so close to town and so quiet at the same time, is between Morningside (Waitrose, The Merlin, The Canny man, Dominion Cinema), the Meadows, and Edinburgh University Kings buildings. The morning light by the breakfast table is something we are not tiring of. Comfy beds and no traffic ensure good nights. Free parking The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and pets. Different sleeping arrangements can be accommodated on request.

Nice quiet room in central flat

This is a lovely quiet, cosy wee room with a decent sized single brass bed and a nice view over the back gardens. There is a shared bathroom, which I keep as clean as can and a kitchen you are welcome to use if you want to cook or have a cup of tea. The flat is in a quiet residential stair. If you are arriving after 9.00 pm, or leaving very early in the morning, please contact me before booking.

This is one of the nicest houses in Edinburgh. It is located only 10 minutes from the center of town and is a perfect base to enjoy the city. There is a private driveway and free off-street parking for up to 6 cars. This beautiful home has a full kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room, and three modern en-suite bedrooms. Dogs are welcome and the Hermitage park offers lovely walks.
