Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology.
