Heathland Dream

The house is located in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest, approx. 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. A tastefully furnished complete, ground-level floor awaits you. You can enjoy the large, well-kept garden, with magnificent views into the distance. For a small fee, it is possible to book a yoga or Qi Gong lesson. Four bicycles for excursions in the heath are available. We are also happy to pick up guests from the train station in Lüneburg for a small extra charge.

In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Der Ortskern mit Geschäften ist fußläufig in max. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Studio (ca. 30 m²) mit eigenem Eingang, Doppelbett (1,40 m), Einzelbett (0,90 m) und eigenem Bad. Die Essecke mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr und Besteck. Der Garten ist NICHT hundesicher!! In der Nachbarschaft befindet sich eine Firma, die unter der Woche zwischen 07.00 - 16.30 Uhr für "akustische Eindrücke" sorgen kann. Ein Hund kostet fünf Euro Reinigungsgebühr. Natur pur oder Stadtbummel? Unser gemütlicher Bauwagen steht ruhig gelegen zwischen Heide und Hamburg und macht beides möglich. Die schöne Landschaft der Nordheide lädt zu ausgedehnten Wander-, Rad- und Kanu-Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Das historische Städtchen Lüneburg und die Weltstadt Hamburg bieten neben zahlreichen Shopping-Möglichkeiten auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine reiche kulturelle Szene. Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for 4 people or 2 adults and 3 children. There is an open kitchen-living room, a spacious bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and a shower room. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket about 2 km. The AZL Luhmühlen can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the event area Westergellerser Heide in 15 minutes (2 km).

You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Our little apartment is placed near the famous nature reserve "Lüneburger Heath", which offers a lot of activities like hiking, biking or horse riding. Starting from here is just a stone's throw to the "Heidepark Soltau" (amusement park), Snow dome Bispingen (ski park), Wildpark Lüneburger Heide and Serengeti Park (wildlife parks), etc… Take your bike or grab your horse and conquer the area! You are welcome to bring your domestic animals with you!

Heideloft - the cosy place to stay in the heath

Enjoy the first coffee of the day in the morning sun while listening to the birds - this is possible on the spacious balcony. Or watch the children play - this is possible from the balcony. The day couldn't start more relaxed. After visiting one of the many attractions in the vicinity such as Heidepark, Snow Dome or Serengetipark, Center Parcs and much more or a hike through beautiful nature, the day can end in the cozy apartment.
