There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

The S-Bahn station, the ferry terminal and the outdoor swimming pool are about 500 m away. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.
