Positioned off the back of our 17th century farmhouse, our annexe is a short distance from the beautiful Chichester harbour and just a few miles from East and West Wittering beaches, and Goodwood Estate. The annex is separate and independent from our family home and we're here to help with anything we can, while making sure you have the space to have a great friends or family break. Parking for two cars. Bikes and watersports kit can be stored in our stable.

Cornerstones is a large bright family holiday home with a south facing garden. A perfect location for boating, walking, beach activities and cycling. Convenient for Chichester, Goodwood and within walking distance of some lovely pubs and cafes. There are some beautiful walks from the house which include harbour footpaths. Local maps in the house. The log cabin is a great place for teens. Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday.

The Gallery Air bnb is a unique space in the beautiful village of Birdham. Close to Chichester, Goodwood, West Wittering Beach and the beautiful South Downs. Private entrance with free parking on location. A very quiet beautiful space with a lovely courtyard private garden for guests only. The Gallery Airbnb is 10 mins to Goodwood Revival and all the other Goodwood events . Great place to stay . Lots of parking on the driveway too .

The Annex

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away.
