Michaelmas Cottage was created from two 1850s farmworkers’ cottages and is spacious, comfortable and well equipped for couples, families, or groups of friends to enjoy. There are excellent pubs and restaurants just a short distance from the cottage. It is a short stroll to the Bircham Deli / Café, The Kings Head pub and Bircham Windmill. There are many walks close by, which take you through farmland and countryside. The Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coast Path are a short drive from the cottage.

Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Footpaths lead from the cottage through the countryside. Rejuvenate in the super private hot tub on the patio which also has a bbq & seating. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.
