Beautiful lane way home in Crescent Beach/Heights

Tall ceilings, finished concrete floors with upscale beach vibe. Private fenced yard with patio. 1 queen bed and 1 queen air mattress available. Keyless entry and off street parking for 2. Quiet family neighbourhood, 13 min. walk to Crescent Beach, cafes and restaurants. 10 min. drive to White Rock and the strip. Bus stop 2 blocks away. The staircase to the loft is fairly steep and therefore not suitable for children under 12 or anyone with mobility issues. No smoking anywhere on the property!

This renovated 3 bed/2 bath condo has a amazing view of the bay and the creek from every window and has a great laptop work space to be able to work on the road. NEW 65 inch flat screen TV in the loft with cable and Roku. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Close to Seattle and Vancouver, there are day trips in each direction.
