Nestled up against a hillside, it is quiet at night. This little community of cabins is being enhanced. Walking distance to the 'heart' of Birch Bay. Near the State Park.

It offers a private beach footsteps away with a fire pit and gorgeous views of the water and sunsets. This house has two bedrooms and one bath. It is family friendly with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a pull out queen bed couch in the living room. Bring the family to spend quality time together at the beach.

Then come back to a unique, cozy TINY HOUSE. Roast marshmallows around the campfire, snuggle up and watch a movie on Netflix, and relax with a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning. You have access to a private back porch and yard as you go out french doors. You also have access to the common grounds for the entire property that includes grill, hot tub, fire pit with real wood and table for picnic by pond. two swinging chairs from tree, and two floating chairs with gas fire pit by pond. Conveniently located in between Seattle and Vancouver BC. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish tiny home which was recently constructed out of a previous carport on the back of our 1/3 acre. Simple yet well-stocked, you should have everything you need to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The bed is comfy, the couch is comfy, the wifi is fast. If you visit anytime July-October you can come browse my dahlia patch and vegetable garden!
