Fully equipped kitchen with roof terrace (approx. 8 m²). Bathroom with shower. Large bed. TV corner with sofa bed for 1 person/2 children. A washer/dryer is available. The attic is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a charming old house in the hip Gundeldinger Quarter and is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles.
