Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. 5 minutes from the bakery, 150 m from the Tille, 3 minutes from Arc sur Tille (village with all amenities, lake and motorway), 15 minutes from Dijon, in a quiet subdivision with easy parking. Chalet with independent entrance (next to our house) of 17m2 kitchenette, shower room and toilet. Wi-Fi, microwave. Soap, shampoo, sheets, pillows, dishes, hair dryer, iron, filter coffee maker. Located in a 18th century castle, we kept the charm and authenticity of this quiet place: very high ceiling, antique parquet floor, tiles, alcove for the bed.
