In winter, with good snow conditions, you can go directly from the front door to the ski slope, and in summer, hiking trails start right outside the door. The Bödele (ski area/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski resorts (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40–60 minutes.
