There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains.
