The "Clubhouse" name comes from its history as the place where young riders would gather on breaks from riding horses when the property operated solely at a horse farm. The Clubhouse is located on a hill with panoramic views of the water and pastures. Enjoy our many amenities, including a king bed, fire pit, deck with a grill, trails, and animals who call this place home.

Try tiny living! It’s an adventure! Everything you need-such a small space. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub. There is Wi-Fi. 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi extender and router - sometimes it works well, other times, not. Definitely can’t depend on it! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option.

Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you.
