90 sqm flat in the city centre of Livigno, a few steps from the ski lifts and free bus stop. The flat includes outdoor parking or covered garage. It is provided with a large kitchen with all comforts. In the bathroom you will find not only a shower but also a Turkish bath and sauna. Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
