The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

Hunting Lodge 1742 · Retreat in Palatinate Forest

The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.

Cozy stay near the Palatinate Forest

This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. From the outside with old beautiful sandstone, from the inside modern. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with a family bed (3 m) where we sleep 4 :) The couch can be pulled out. Dorfkind Apartment - "am Wiehnenbrunnen"

Our former hotel, which is over 175 years old, The farmhouse is located in the centre of Queidersbach, directly opposite the park-like village square. You live in a one-room flat with a kitchen and a bathroom. You can find everyday essentials (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, etc.) within a few minutes' walk of our building. You can get fresh eggs from the farm next door, and a small fruit and vegetable market is held every Saturday diagonally opposite in the old dairy.

The holiday home is an ideal place for holidays and gatherings with friends and relatives. On the 2400 sqm meadow area with barbecue area and pool, children and four-legged friends can be great to their heart's content. If the weather is not so good, you can also sit as a large group protected under the covered terrace. The optional hot tub is located outdoors under a canopy, overlooking nature. The bookable sauna is housed in the sandstone vault and can accommodate 8 people.
