You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

The spacious apartment on the ground floor of a cozy two-family house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Just a 25-minute drive from the center of Vienna, you can enjoy the perfect combination of proximity to the city and rural tranquility. Shared use: entrance, garden, swimming pond. Street parking. Dogs are welcome for a fee.

In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
