Underfloor heating in all rooms, a spacious living and dining area with pellet stove, 77-inch smart TV and large table, a fully equipped kitchen, three parking spaces and an e-charging station complete the offer.

Only a few meters away from hiking and cycling trails, you can explore the Ederbergland from here in a relaxed manner or simply enjoy the view, the fireplace or the wood-fired sauna. Only about 30 minutes away from Winterberg ski area, Edersee or the city of Marburg, this accommodation offers a great starting point for a variety of activities.

Spend unforgettable holidays in the luxurious apartment located on the 1st floor of our house. The 115 m² apartment includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with bathtub and a nice large shower. If necessary, you can also make single beds from the double beds. Outside there is a guest seating area and our private wellness area which can be used for a fee.

This 1290 square feet (120 sqm) living space can accommodate up to five (max. 6) persons.

My place is close to Marburg, the Sackpfeife is about 25 minutes away. On the edge of the castle forest, it is about 50 minutes to Lake Edersee. German Fairy Tale Route, Winterberg can be reached in about 45 minutes. You'll love my place because of the village atmosphere, quiet and idyllic location by the stream with sole use of the garden. My place is ideal for families (with kids) and big groups.

Our House .....

Our house in the middle of the street...is now a host! Our beautiful apartment on the first floor has a large kitchen where you can cook, eat and sit nicely with fun. The bedroom in the quieter part of the house offers a wonderful view of the Biedenköpfer forest. A nice reading corner and a comfortable sofa in the living room are the space for relaxing moments.

Here you can stay in an exceptional location. You have the possibility to barbecue, or on the small terrace for breakfast. The feeling of freedom and adventure, something very special. On request you can also get a yoga lesson of a special kind, as a yoga hike in our beautiful nature. My wife is a trained yoga teacher.

Feel good in Breidenstein... Our cozy detached vacation home is about 60 m². In the approx. 650 m², fully fenced garden there are enough seating and lounging options to relax. 1-2 dogs are welcome. The access to the house is unfortunately a dirt road!
