The cottage has its own entrance, sunny sitting room with French doors to garden, kitchen/dining room and stairs to spacious bathroom and double bedroom. The owner has a fox red labrador.

Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!
