From the freestanding bathtub and the XXL shower to the cosy stove in the living room, there’s sure to be everything you could wish for. In the large bedroom, you have a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed available for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped. The property is in a very central location, right near the city centre.

Das modernisierte Mobilheim befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bevertalsperre und bietet auf 21 qm naturnahe Erholung für 2 Personen. Zur Unterkunft gehört ein großer eigener Garten. Das Mobilheim hat eine eigene Toilette. Moderne Duschen (mit Münzzähler) befinden sich im Nachbargebäude. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Bademäntel werden gestellt. ACHTUNG: Ab voraussichtlich Juni 2026 wird der Garten durch einen neuen Zaun geteilt, erkennbar auf den letzten Bildern in "Garten" (KI-generiert).

Das Anwesen liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse inmitten von Wald und Wiesen. Ideal für Wanderer und Biker, los gehts direkt vor der Tür. Im großen Garten hinter dem Haus könnt ihr nach Lust und Laune in der Sonne liegen, unter dem Walnussbaum gemütlich sitzen, die Sauna nutzen (10,- für Nebenkosten ) oder den Tag am Lagerfeuer ausklingen lassen!

The 1Step2AllStars tree house (about 23 m²) is nestled in green surroundings in a quiet residential street just 2.5 km from the center. From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and plenty of play equipment available. Business people can relax well in the great surroundings after a strenuous working day and enjoy the view.... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
