A newly furnished kitchen with all kinds of amenities and adjoining the sitting area with TV and WiFi. There is a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. The residence is centrally located with a supermarket, breakfast places, and a restaurant within walking distance. There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

Modernly furnished apartment adjacent to the main house with separate entrance. Located in the middle of the countryside with beautiful hiking trails and mountain biking network nearby. 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, 2 rooms with king-size beds. Travel bed for child is provided. In the living room, there is a large corner sofa and dining area for 10 people. In the garden, you can see the horses... Separate patio with lounge set Rental of 2 electric bicycles on site. Horseback riding/breakfast/BBQ on request possible.

Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Gelijkvloers bevindt zich de badkamer. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Zoek je een rustige plek om er even tussenuit te zijn en hecht je belang aan privacy dan is deze gerenoveerde arbeiderswoning misschien wel wat je zoekt. Met een volledig nieuwe keuken en badkamer, 3 slaapkamers, eet- en zithoek, ruime plaats om fietsen te stallen en er aan te sleutelen en een ruime tuin. Dit op 1,5 km van B Mine met het Mijnmuseum,Todi, Alpamayo, Sportoase,de winkelboulevard,de avonturenberg met mtb track en skill park. Of gewoon genieten van het uitzicht op de mijnterrils.

Of hang in de hangmat en kijk naar de voorbij vliegende vogeltjes of wie weet bezoekt een reetje je wel.
