From here it is easy to travel to local attractions and beauty spots. It is the perfect base for walking, sightseeing, adventure seeking or just a relaxing break!

Knock it down and Start again they said! But we felt there was way too much history, character and magic in those old walls! It’s been a barn, a printing press, and even a secret chapel. Now it’s your next holiday destination. We’ve lovingly restored our outbuilding to the highest standard. The views of Snowdonia, the amazing sunsets & the starry nights are truly stunning. Large garden and hot tub, stay in and relax or venture to the coast or up to the mountains! All within half an hours drive.

Our guests all say what a great base this is for exploring North Wales. Guests comment on how at home and relaxed they feel in our comfy, well equipped and warm holiday cottage. We welcome well behaved pets and many of our visitors are dog owners who appreciate our enclosed back garden and the local walks. We are in a quiet country spot with a fantastic view but near a local shop and only 10 minutes away from the coast and the A55, the main route to all the many, many attractions you'll find.

Characterful Farm Cottage off the beaten track

Tyddyn Morgan is a historic cottage nestling on the edge of the woods in the quiet of the hills. A cosy lounge has a wood burner in the inglenook fireplace for those chilly nights. A well equipped kitchen with dining table. The two bedrooms with a double in the master and bunks in the second makes this a cosy cottage for two or the family. Explore country lanes from the doorstep or we are only a mile from the sea and a welcoming base to explore North Wales from or just stay in and relax.

Secluded hut surrounded by woodland

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.

Farm pods

Glamping Pods are set on a family run farm within stunning views of the north wales coast, and surrounded by panoramic views looking out to the sea. Been told by so many that the pictures do NOT do it any justice. There is a petrol station and a shop 1/2 mile down the road, 3 miles from the town of Abergele, which hosts a range of different takeaways and a Tesco’s. We have two pods. The Ffarm Flat is a delightful private self catering apartment at the rear of the Ffarm with a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area and a separate en-suite double bedroom it provides an ideal base for a couple wishing a little independence. Situated just 5 miles inland from the sea it is well placed for those wishing to explore the North Wales coast and Snowdonia.

The garden is private and screened form the main house, so you can dine alfresco or relax in the hot tub in privacy.
