Bonjour je loue mon chalet de 75m² en montagne, au cœur du parc des volcans d'Auvergne dans le massif du Sancy. Situé sur la commune de Saint Victor La Riviere, entre Besse en Chandesse et Murol. (lac Chambon et château de Murol à 5min en voiture, station de ski de Super-Besse ā 15min) Commerces et activités à proximité, Murol (4km) , Besse En Chandesse (7km). Idéal pour découvrir la région et ses paysages magnifiques. Nombreuse possibilités de randonnée, à pied ou en vélo au départ du chalet.

En hyper centre, très bel appartement T2, 37 M² au 2e étage avec balcons. Idéalement situé à proximité des thermes et de toutes commodités. Il se compose d'une agréable pièce à vivre combinant séjour et cuisine équipée ainsi qu'un canapé convertible en lit de 140cm. Le tout exposé sud et ouest ouvrant sur 2 balcons desquels on peut admirer un magnifique panorama du Sancy au Puy de Gros! IL dispose d'une chambre avec rangements et un grand lit en 180cm. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Super-Besse Station is 7 km away and is served by a regular shuttle bus during the season. Many hiking trails start directly from the heart of the city. A wide range of activities are offered by the tourist office located a few steps away, in both summer and winter.
