Quiet apartment refurbished on the ground floor of a house located in a cul-de-sac, with garden, terrace, plancha, equipped kitchen, parking space, Netflix - 5 minutes' walk from all amenities (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) - 5/10 minutes' walk from the Bouloie university campus and the AFPA - 3 minute walk to bus stop N°3, it will take you in less than 10 minutes to the train station and the city center, buses until midnight. Our pet friends are allowed.
