In order to ensure a pleasant stay, the studio is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need in everyday life (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, TV, bluetooth speaker, etc.). Double glazed wooden window, dry inertia radiator. Its surface area is about 22m2, perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Nice and cosy apartment in the old town

For work or to discover the city and its surroundings, our duplex is located in a peaceful building in the center of Besançon. This renovated and equipped apartment (45m2) will allow you to fully enjoy the city. It is ideally located: near the museums and the Vauban citadelle, the Conservatory, the FRAC, La Rodia... It is also close to the University and the CLA. Close to the Bersot street, bars and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. Bus station at 50m direct from railway station.

At the foot of the Citadel, in the historic city center district, the Faculty of Arts, the Rodia, walks along the Doubs and close to all amenities and public transport, the apartment is located in an inner courtyard on the 2nd floor, quiet and secure. It consists of 1 living room with dining area and sitting area (sofa and TV), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and small dressing room. Quiet 25 m2 studio, in the heart of the city.

In the city center, close to museums, the citadel, the faculty of literature, shops, the CLA... You can also get to the countryside very quickly for walks or bike rides. It consists of a kitchen, and a living room with an alcove. Located in an inner courtyard of an 18th century building, typical of the center of Besançon, you will appreciate it for the setting and its calm.
