This spacious, tastefully renovated barn will enchant you with its location in the middle of nature, in an unspoiled setting. The 28m² terrace offers a unique panorama of the forest, you are lulled by the sound of the stream at the bottom. No TV but books. Every detail has been meticulously thought out, everything has been heathered. This accommodation of 112 m², fully equipped, with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with insert, a beautiful garden, is a place where the weather is suspended. Not overlooked.

The small house

La Petite Maison is in the centre of the village of Bertholène, in a wooded garden, fully enclosed (shared with the owner), your pets are welcome!! Access to the terrace and swimming pool on the roof of the adjoining barn (reserved only for tenants during your stay). Stone house: shower room, kitchenette and living room on the garden level, bedroom with cupboards upstairs, (steep staircase). Possibility of parking your vehicle in front of the house and storing your bikes in the shelter!

Rodez, in the heart of the historic center. Apartment located 150 m from Notre-Dame Cathedral in a secure building on the 3rd floor, paid covered parking 200 m away. This apartment can accommodate one or two people. Completely renovated, the old parquet floors and steel canopies bring a unique charm to the whole. In the living room, there is a heater, armchair, TV and desk area. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop) and in the bedroom, shower and separate toilet.

L'Alrance is one of our two accommodations located in the popular area known as the Château de Bozouls, above the canyon (geological curiosity 400 m in diameter and 100 m deep). The Bozouls Hole is an atypical natural horseshoe-shaped cirque. This meander was born from the L'Alrance and Dourdou rivers. Our accommodation is an architectural creation in wooden frame, metal cladding and dry stone gables. It is part of a site classified as a sensitive natural area.

Located in Gages (12630) 15 km (20’) from the center of Rodez. 43 m2 of living space including 12 m2 in mezzanine. Laundry (washing-machachine, dryer, freezer) South-facing terrace of 14 m2 with gas plancha and shade sail. Adjoining the owners house but totally independent.

The house has a very charming architecture completely renovated that offers a private terrace. You can enjoy the calm of the village. Be prepared, there are no shops in the village (10 min drive to nearest shops)

Large, cozy studio (35 m2) located only 4 kms from Gabriac, and 10 kms from Bozouls. You will therefore be close to many tourist sites: Canyon Bozouls, Laissac Market, Aubrac ... but also all amenities.
