For rent, a guest room on the ground floor of our holiday home with its own entrance, shower and toilet. The room is intended for a few days' rental, it does not have a proper kitchen. The equipment includes a fridge, microwave, coffee and kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, as well as a large patio, towels and bed linen. Genuine wooden floors, spacious shower, comfortable bed and stunning views of the lake and mountains. Our private entrance is on the other side of the house, so privacy is guaranteed.

The proximity to Koblenz, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, 5 minutes to the Rhine and directly at the dream trail "Wolfsdelle" makes the location the perfect place to explore and relax. In less than 10 minutes you can reach Koblenz by train or bus. Within walking distance of the house are bakeries, restaurants, bars, as well as supermarkets.

It is one of only 8 water-filled craters in the Eifel and is located in the middle of the village - right in front of the holiday home. The name Stollenstube is trend-setting: In 2022 the "Maarstollen" will be opened to visitors. The holiday home Eifelstuben was completely renovated in 2021 and furnished with the highest possible comfort and lots of love. The Moselle and Nürburgring are only 20 minutes away by car.

Near the village of Bescheid, in the valley of the small Dhron, lies the historic mill estate "Alte Bäckerei". Our cozy apartments, Backhaus (10 people), Mehlstube (2 people) and Mühlenhaus (9 people) as well as our large communal outdoor area invite you to relax. Our private natural swimming lake is exclusively at our guests disposal. The Alte Bäckerei is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, trips to the Moselle, visits to the cities of Trier, Luxembourg, and much more.

This special place has its own style. It is a one-room apartment with a very comfortable king size bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as kitchen/dining area. All on 23 sqm. Around it is a large colorful garden with old apple trees. Among them are only meadows with large trees to the river bank. The bike path is directly on the property. The property is protected from view from the bike path by a dense hedge. Parking space for 1 vehicle directly below the hedge.

Quiet 2-room apartment on the edge of the forest with garden

This apartment is on the upper floor of our small house in the high-altitude district of Zell-Barl. Equipped with a shower room and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (fridge, stove, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink), the apartment offers everything for everyday needs. A shopping center is easily accessible on foot and by car. Many hiking trails, historic towns and recreational opportunities in the surrounding area are also easily accessible.

Our holiday flat with its own entrance is located between Jungferweiher and Maar in the immediate vicinity of the 'Ulmener Maar- Stollen' (an underground walk-in connection between the oldest and youngest maar in the Eifel). (Opening on 22.04.2023 with the simultaneous start of the virtual city tour) Enjoy the direct view of the Jungferweiher pond at any time of year. Note: Pets and smoking are not allowed in the vacation rental!

Arrive, relax and enjoy. Our modern tiny house is located close to the vineyards and the Moselle river, offering a peaceful retreat for two guests. Stylish design, high-quality furnishings and a calm atmosphere create the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. The cozy sleeping area features a comfortable box spring bed and smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and a private terrace complete the experience.
