This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Birrenbach Vacation Home

This romantic country-style villa in the middle of the Eifel is detached in a wonderful garden of 4500 m² with an ancient tree population. The vacation home offers ample space for large families or small groups of up to 12 people on over 200 m². On 2 floors there are 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and 5 bedrooms. A small wellness area with sauna and another bathroom are located in the basement. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all present.

Unique holiday villa in the nature and by the creek.

Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The villa was built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to unwind. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to stay. In the well equipped kitchen, you can make any meal a feast. A separate play and TV room gives space to the children to relax after an active day.

At Elly's Garden, the Happy House

Charming old farmhouse in a quiet area with views of the Bellevaux valley. House ideally located close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit and the Hautes Fagnes plateau in the heart of nature. Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.

Bridge villa stay

The prices are based on an occupancy of 6 people (minimum charge). On Sunday, a late departure until 10 pm is already included in the price. Each additional person will be charged €26 per night. Very special house with park-like garden and Baroque gazebo. Access is via a private bridge. You have absolute privacy in the middle of the city. The park offers many different angles and corners on different levels and great views.

Friendly 12-p vacation home

Villa "Manonfat" is a cozy holiday home for 12 people in Trois-Ponts, located in the Belgian Ardennes, where you will immediately feel at home. Very suitable for family weekends, outdoor trips, biking or just relaxing away. Free WiFi The indicated rental price includes energy costs, linen/bedding/towels and local taxes.
