Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

Water jugs are included. Refrigerator/freezer, stove and microwave are available. Electric lighted trails with nice walking paths right outside the door. The cottage is nestled in the forest with only 10 km to the center of Skellefteå. Outhouse. There is no shower. The local bus goes by just outside.
