The cottage is suitable for a couple, solo adventurers, families (with children) and pets. A conveniently and centrally located Summer house in Egmond aan Zee with the possibility to use an outdoor sauna. ( on request)in winter months, from November to March Within 2 minutes you are on the beach and in the cozy fishing village with the many shops and terraces . The cottage has been totally renovated in spring of 2022 and equipped with underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bike clubs and families, who do not want to sit in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's house, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

Summer House Bergen

The summer house is located behind the house and has a private entrance and private terrace with garden furniture. There is also a storage room for the bikes next to the summer house. The cottage is very suitable for a cycling or hiking holiday. Route maps of the area are available. The cottage is offered for rent for 2 persons, but a family with a child is also possible.

Vacation Rental De Poolster

The Poolster is a home with double French doors. The kitchen has a gas stove with oven. The large sauna with 4 sofas is inside the house. A huge flat-screen TV is available. There's a separate toilet and rain shower. There is a private terrace with table and chairs, and you can use the sunny general garden with sunbeds.

Bergen is known as an artist's village, as it has been the home of many painters, writers and architects. This unique and former atelier has been rebuild to a cosy residence. The house is surrounded by forest and on walking distance of the beach and dunes, and close to the centre of the village.
