We are located in the very historical center of the town of Pazin, next to the medieval Pazin Castle, and from the window you can immediately see the zip line descent over the Pazin pit. You have at your disposal an apartment of 70 m2 of open space, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and a toilet with a shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom as an open gallery with a large TV, and next to it a toilet with a shower. The space is air-conditioned and you have free WiFi.

Julijud, villa with heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna

The villa has a huge swimming pool of 36sqm, a jacuzzi for 5, and above everything there is a glass dome that heats the water and air above the water, protects from rain and wind, and also protects from UV rays. The pool water is heated by a heat pump. You don't have to worry about bad weather, the water temperature is pleasant for swimming in winter as well as the air around the pool. You have a sauna and a fireplace. Villa Julijud has an excellent view of the clear night sky with stars.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
