i offer for rent a cottage in a beautiful area. The cottage is intended for 4 people(room, living room with kitchen and bathroom) (25m2). I am in a very friendly neighborhood without noise. The cottage is located in the village Wartowo near Kołczewo. Approx. 2 km to the sea and lake (Wisełka). Międzyzdroje(20 km) as well as Świnoujście(35 km). The cozy, small vacation home impresses with its location in the front row, which allows the view of the Long Lake with its fantastic, romantic mood pictures. The house with the approx. 42 m² is for max. 3 people, and invites you to enjoy and rest with the terrace with seating. The sunbathing lawn, jetty, barbecue area and a campfire area as well as a small playground complete the ensemble. The lake with its abundance of fish is a must for all anglers.

Idyllic beach house, 300 m to the Baltic Sea

The property is close to the water. Only 300m walk and you can reach the magnificent sandy beach. The holiday home is located on a 6000 m² fenced nature plot in the dune forest in the small holiday home settlement "Theodor Fontane". The small cozy house is ideal for couples and families with max. 2 children who want to spend their holidays on the water and in the middle of nature.

Villa Maria, Pavillon mit Terrasse

The terrace leads to the pavilion. Inside there is a living room with a kitchenette. A 4-ring induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher as well as kettle, coffee maker and microwave are also provided. The couch has a sleeping function and the smart TV is 49". From the separate bedroom you can get to the shower bath with toilet. The box spring bed is 1.80 meters wide.

Vacation bungalow on Usedom

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.

Unsere Bay Cabin ist ein Bungalow aus den Sixties, den wir gerade modernisiert haben, ideal für Einzelreisende oder Paare. Er liegt idyllisch auf einem großen umzäunten Grundstück gleich neben dem Altwarper Badestrand, nur etwa 100 Meter vom Wasser entfernt.

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
