This comfy, remodeled place has new fireplace and wood stove, decks, and a newly completed screened in porch. Quiet area where you can hear the birds sing and relax while you over look the lake. Close to swimming pool, exercise facility, golfing. 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and bike trails in Bella Vista and Bentonville area.

Welcome to Natural State Lodge! Come get a unique travel experience that captures the spirit of The Natural State. You can bike directly from the house to the Tunnel Vision Trail (Ridgeline Retreat) located down the street. Golf courses, tennis courts, minigolf, and the BV Rec Center are all within biking distance. Play ping pong or pool in the garage or relax on the back porch. Family friendly with TV's in all rooms. Crystal Bridges, Amazeum, or the Bentonville Square is 15 minutes away.

The Shack

About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

This isn't just a house, this is an experience! Over 2000sqft dream house with lots of natural lighting. Lake without a steep descent or stairs. Fast Wi-Fi speeds, & tv's (no cable) throughout. All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.) Arcade games, in/outside games, a game table for cards/puzzle building, and a full-sized foosball game.
