Welcome to our sunny and beautiful Spanish home, a spacious 3 bedroom apartment located in the best area of Benicasim, near the Voramar , less than 5 minutes walk to the awarded Almadraba beach ( Blue Flag) and only 2 minutes walk to Benicasim town center. Benicasim is the most amazing family friendly resort in the county, but also has got a vibrant and busy nightlife. It has over 9 km of sandy beaches, stunning green cycling path ('via verde'), astonishing villas walk by the seafront.

Lately we've been lucky to be quite close to the sea, and if we get homes like this 50 meters from the beach, how can we say no to a moment of peace? This time it's a very quiet area of Benicassim, it's a property with a lot of history, and a lot of green area. Everything is very practical to make the most of everything this place has to offer and your vacation just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean. It's an eighth-floor apartment, so the views from the terrace are awesome
