(March 2020-August 2021) It is important to us and especially to me (Janine, a trained hotel specialist) to help other people rediscover the small and big things, moments & beauties in life closer again. We have converted our house Bennasch, which is the house name of the former farmhouse, into a vacation home for groups, family celebrations, cooking classes (2 kitchens with gas stoves), conferences, etc. The furnishings are modern and comfortable - we have placed special emphasis on the lighting. The large garden with its furnished terraces and outdoor kitchen faces southwest and is flooded with sun. The vacation home is classified by the German Tourism Association (DTV) with 5 stars.

Small, colorful villa in Bonn Plittersdorf

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm
