The apartment sits on our working glamping property, where chickens roam, goats graze, dogs stand guard, and our cats supervise from afar. We’re a 10-minute walk to the Purisima Open Space trail network. This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

Carmelita Creek House

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods and nature overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. Please note the cottage is located behind our main home and is accessed via several steps.

15 minutes by car from SF airport, our place is available for you to enjoy. The suite sits in a quiet neighborhood so you can have a restful sleep at night and yet be 20 minutes by car to downtown San Francisco when you're ready to explore. A no-contact check-in includes a private entrance that will take you to your suite stocked with basic amenities. We'll stay out of your way when you're here, but be a message away when you need us. You'll be just steps from Francis State Beach and the Coastal Trail and blocks from downtown Half Moon Bay with its various restaurants, bars and shops. Park your car for a few days and relax in a quiet setting with views of the ocean and mountains and the sounds of the waves. The ground floor of the house will be yours with its large private bedroom suite, living room/bar, outdoor patio and large backyard. (Please note that there is no kitchen.)
