In winter, the cross-country ski trail is at your doorstep Private sauna for rent in summer with outdoor shower (including towels, bathrobe and infusion from 10 am - 6 pm) Feel free to rent bikes in summer by appointment. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. Guest house on the Schleusehof... enjoy nature!

Our guest house (about 89 m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house sleeps 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a baby cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space.
