It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

Close to the center and yet in a quiet location: We look forward to welcoming you to this combination of a beautiful 104 m² vacation apartment on the ground floor and a cozy 20 m² apartment on the top floor. Perfect for up to 8 people! Both apartments are located in the same house: in a charming, quietly located old villa with a large garden right next to the TU Dresden, just a few kilometers from the city center and the historic old town. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. Walking in 45 minutes you are on the Kottmar and the Spreequelle. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly prepared and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a common hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

Our vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The spacious terrace invites you to barbecue and in the garden you can relax in the hammock. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The cozy living room is the ideal place to relax or to spend a fun game night. There are 2 bedrooms each with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
