Tresillian Lodge Waterfront Forest, Hot tub Sauna#

Nestled high in the whispering tree tops, deep in the midst of a private valley surrounded by ancient medieaval oak woodland planted to build the Cornish ships of old. As the deer sup from the babbling brook and the songbirds chirrup their enamouring call around you lies "Tresillian Lodge". Sit on the balcony and let time pass you by. Watch the sunrise and set from your private hot tub as you gaze over the rolling fields. Hewn from the very oak of the woodland itself. Built in a bespoke design with oak arched vaulted ceilings, oak parquet flooring it feels as if you are one with the very woods that you are ensconsed in. There is no sound but nature. With woodland walks in all directions, access is available to the stream and paddock where the lambs frolick. It is a mere 20 minutes to the soft, warm and cosetting South coast of the Roseland peninsula, and little more to reach the rugged Atlantic on the North. A surfers paradise Only 10 minutes into the centre of Truro. You've got it all.! There is a sauna on site available by appointment. All linen and furnishings are of the finest quality. Kate my house manager (a true Cornish Maid!) will be available to offer her local knowledge wherever it may be needed to assist you with excursions, dining and secret places to visit. She will also be available for any queries to do with the lodge and will run through everything upon your arrival to give you the warmest of Kernow welcomes! The lodge lies 1 km down a single track lane which can at certain times of year get quite bumpy. So low slung sports cars are not to be advised. There are no near neighbours apart from the mediaeval mill some distance away. This means that you and your party will have the utmost privacy, and discretion is guaranteed. There are several local pubs in the vicinty including 2 on the waterfront. They are all walkable depending on how energetic one feels. There is nothing better to put on your walking boots and stride off over the undulating hills and feel the Cornish breeze upon your face, or stroll down the Fal estuary to see where the great Tresillian docks and quays once were. Perhaps head to St Mawes and take the ferry across to Falmouth for an afternoon's shopping and lunch, and treat yourself to a private water taxi to bring you home. Seaview coastal home (5ppl) beaches 3min walk.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

Cool Coastal Retreat

Our beach house is surprisingly lovely; don't be deceived by its slightly windswept exterior as you will walk in and feel immediately at home. There is plenty of room for all with a separate kitchen, dining and living room areas as well as a lovely little enclosed and private garden. Open farmland in front and to the side of the house and glimpses of the sea from the upstairs bedrooms add to the feeling of space. It’s a 12 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Mawgan Porth beach and amenities.

Stunning House Direct Views of Mawgan Porth Beach

The house is boho-chic in nature, with stunning, sweeping views of the bay. Redecorated and refurbished during Q1 2025. It is light and airy, decorated in bright colours. Furnishings and appliances are luxury brands, new beds, new sofas, new chairs. The house sleeps 6 people in total - 1 king size bedroom, 1 zip and link/super king, and 1 with two single beds. Fully fenced safe garden. Multi-room SKY TV, Alexa, Sonos. We are only 200yrds from the South West Coastal Path, beach is 1-2 minutes

Brand new attic en-suite has now been completed with stunning new cladding. Our beautiful home has been restored and recently renovated to a high standard . The design will ensure your stay is incredibly enjoyable. With paneramic sea views of the bay with a wonderful sun deck providing the most amazing back drop for sunsets. The house is family and dog friendly and is a perfect stay for all year round. Summer, enjoying the wonderful sun deck and beach bbq to winters cosying up by the fire.

Stunning St Merryn Home, close to Constantine Bay

Jersey Cottage provides a fabulous, contemporary, and open plan space with 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 people. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and a perfect place to entertain around a centre island. The lounge has two large sofas, smartTV and log burning fireplace. Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.
