Less than 5 mins walk to perfect beach, sea views.

Lovely house a few minutes walk down to the beautiful beach of Mawgan Porth, and the South West Coast path. The first floor has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a large sunny balcony overlooking the bay and beautiful headland, one bedroom (en suite) and separate toilet. On the ground floor are a further 2 bedrooms (one en suite), shower room, bathroom and utility room. Mawgan Porth has surf hire and instruction, Cornish Fresh village store, restaurant, fish and chips, pub, pitch and putt.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities with super king and king size beds In the main bedrooms. Private fishing lake and bird hide. Stunning views of the valley. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away. Very close to beaches including, Porthcothan, Treyarnon, Harlyn Bay. Padstow is a short drive away.
