This is a studio located in the heart of Vila Madelena. The apartment is located at newest and coolest development of the neighborhood. Taís and I have hosted hundreds of people at our home, and we wanted to have a new place just to host our friends at Airbnb, with no calendar restrictions. We have put our hearts and soul to design this apartment, to make it even more beautiful than our home. The idea is to have the Airbnb community truly live an amazing experience at this place. The building is amazing and incredibly well designed. It comes with a swimming pool, working area for those who wish to get things done, gym, etc. We also have a parking place, so no worries about parking your car on the street. The apartment has one queen bed and a queen size sofa bed (yes.. it is a queen size SOFA bed- REALLY comfy). We've tested hundreds of sofa beds to ensure that the guest that would stay on it could sleep well. So no worries about an uncomfortable night at a horrible sofa. The sofa bed can be divided into two sections, so if you are not a couple you won't need to worry about getting too close at night. The neighborhood of Vila Madalena is simply the best place you can stay in São Paulo, and our apartment is the best option in Vila Madalena. We welcome long stays as well as short ones. Sorry, but we can't allow pets. Free bike rental offered. The pic of the bike is on display at Airbnb as well as a pic of the key. Our place is close to Feira Benedito Calixto, Boteco São Bento - Vila Madalena, São Cristóvão Bar e Restaurante, Genésio Pasta e Chopp, Batman Alley, Farmers Market. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the light, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Our apartment has a 24/7 doorman. You'll receive a code to enter at the apartment (no keys needed) My wife and I live in NYC. We offer support through, text, phone etc.. And we have a lot of friends who can help you in case of an emergency The apartment is in the Vila Madalena neighborhood, which is alive with art, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and parks. It's close to Feira Benedito Calixto, Boteco São Bento, and the Alley Farmers' Market. Getting around is very easy. Public transportation is available and very reliable. The best option getting from the airport to our place is using uber (around 80 Brazilian reais... 20 usd). Taxis cost double Check-in and check-out are flexible whenever we don't have other bookings. If we have a booking you can check-out at 11AM and check-in at 2PM. If you need flexible check-in or check-out let us know in advance so we can confirm it for you. US citizens- You need a VISA to enter Brazil. If you are not allowed to enter Brazil because you forget we won't reimburse your stay (not because we are mean people, but we are letting you know in advance the regulations of our home country).

You'll love this apartment! It is complete, with fun decoration, renovated by architect Paulo Fecarotta, located on the exclusive Rua dos Pinheiros, in a cute little building in the neighborhood. Surrounded by the best restaurants, bars, cafeterias and art galleries. In addition to all the convenience of Pinheiros, such as pharmacies, markets and shops. Excellent for enjoying on foot, you'll have everything you need around you and other good attractions will be within your reach via the subway, bus stops and bike lanes.

This stylish 50m2 apt. located at Bela Vista, has 24hr doorman. 2 bedrooms (only 1 with AC, and queen bed, the second one is quite small and can be used as an office, fitting a double-sized sofa-bed) and 1 bathroom. With amazing views from every window, it is a great place to work and relax. The private jet tube at the balcony is a fantastic spot to enjoy the city views. Rua Lisboa is one of the most charming streets in the region. My studio is available for those people who love a cool, modern place and close to all the best that SP has to offer. Strictly residential building, with a young and quiet population, and self check-in with electronic lock in the apartment, plus 24-hour concierge with security. The Studio has 30m2 of integrated environments and Wi-Fi in the apartment. GARAGE included in the stay at no additional cost. It's not a flat or a hotel.

Brand new furniture, ready to receive a couple. Sunny with a beautiful sunset. 3 minutes walking to Faria Lima Station(metro). Fully equiped, with fast internet, swimming pool and fitness center. Air conditioner is ony in the living room. In the bedroom there is a ceiling fan. Mobilia nova, cama de casal, sofa cama , acomoda 4 pessoas.
