Angie’s Place is a bright basement apartment in a single-family home with a private exterior entrance from your own patio. Located in West Ottawa just steps away from the Kanata Centrum. A 10-minute walk gives you access to many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO, Chapters and more! Only a 5 minute drive to the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets. The property includes a parking spot but is also located on an OC Transport Bus Route. There is a friendly dog that lives on the premises.

The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

Relax in this private one bedroom king suite with large kitchenette and a fully furnished living room which also includes a desk, chair and sofa bed. This is a lower level (16 steps) apartment with it's own private entrance with a self check-in keypad and 1 parking space included.
