There is direct access to the living room a large sun terrace with awning. The apartment is for single travelers, families with children, Business travelers and seniors (apartment is on the ground floor and is barrier-free) suitable. There are 2 parking spaces available for holiday guests. For cyclists or motorcyclists there is the possibility of storing the vehicles in a garage and charging the batteries for e-bikes.

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

The sofa bed (topper available) can be converted with two handles. 2 people can sleep here very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped, coffee maker (Senseo) and kettle are available. If necessary, a washing machine and dryer can be used! Ideal for fitters, hikers or as an overnight stay for family celebrations.
