Die Küche ist neu und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Boxspringbett. Neben dem Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche gibt es noch eine zusätzliches Gäste-WC.

We, a young family, offer you an apartment decorated with love according to the motto "As if for myself" in the district of Kassel. The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini-kitchen, wood-burning oven, plump toilet and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be placed as double or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but lots OF PEACE and NATURE. The garden with sun lounger, fireplace and tipi (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room, which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be delivered.

The location is an ideal starting point for visiting Kassel with its museums, parks, the Documenta and the fairs, but also to the half-timbered town of Melsungen, Lake Edersee or the animal parks in Knüllwald or Sababurg. From here you can take wonderful hikes in fantastic scenery. Whether as a romantic or simply cozy stay as a couple, with friends or with the family, this is the right accommodation on a beautiful farm complex with an idyllic garden.

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. Our apartment about 72 sqm in the city villa is modern and friendly and offers enough space for 2 adults. No pets allowed and no smoking. One apartment is on the ground floor with separate entrance and private terrace and the other apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance - subject to availability. 01.01.24 the city of Bad Hersfeld charges a spa fee of €2.20 per person/night up to max. 8 weeks. Apprentices are exempt.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
